Workout Plan

Okay ladies, I've got a plan. It involves me blogging also. On Oct 22 my family and I will be getting pictures taken! This will be our first professional pictures in years! I want to look good! Better than I do currently at least. I was originally going to start by doing the 30 day shred, but decided I must face it, I won't finish that one. I'm not ready for it yet. I know that's the idea but after deciding the girls were too big to do jumping jacks with, I decided to turn to my sister's Zumba, Abs Glutes & Thigh workout. I will give more info on that and find out if that's the right name later, I'm in the study and trying to get a quick post in before getting ready for the day, I mean it's almost 10 and I haven't even showered yet!

So here are some rough measurements for day 1. I say rough because my measuring tape is about 29" long and well lets face it, not much is under that on my body. So as I stand now....


Height (obv this won't change): 5' 7.5"
Weight: 155 lbs 
(10 away from pre pregnancy weight)
thigh: 22''
stomach (around my fattest part): 36 "
Waist: 29"

I will hopefully take better measurements later, and my goal is to only measure once a week. So I'll send in new measurements next Thursday morning! 
And I hope to throw a post up everyday, even if it's a quick, yay I got my work out in, type of post. Anyway, wish me luck on my new workout. I'm ready.
