It's Okay

Its Ok Thursdays

It's Okay...

  • That because 2/5 of the kids in my family have ended up in the hospital in the last 3 days, I'm worried about our "3rd bad thing ", doesn't it go something like "Bad things come in 3's?". 
  • That I might drink hub's cup of coffee this morning because mine probably won't be enough
  • That I'm dreading taking A to the doctors later for her 15 month well check because I don't think she's well. 
  • That I stopped working out a couple months ago, and don't really feel like getting back into it anytime soon.
  • That it's taken me a very long time to type this post up, because I'm pretty sure my brain keeps shutting off.

You are right, it is okay to slowly get back into working out. At 36 weeks pregnant, I know I will be needing that encouragement soon! :)

I definitely go in spurts with my workouts! Sometimes I'm so seriously motivated and then there's weeks (or months!) when I couldn't care less.
