Oh Monday....

Oh Monday how I'm loving what you've brought so far. Wondering what that is?



Motivation. 

Something I've been seriously lacking in life. Okay, so I have quick bursts of motivation when it comes to reading or cleaning but other things... like let's say... umm.... exercising, nothing. Never. Well there was one point where I was motivated for quite a while and felt great then my workout shows weren't on Netflix anymore and...
BAM! 


I stopped. I don't know why I lack motivation when it comes to exercising. I just do. Well I did. Something about a picture taken on my daughter's birthday that just got me to say ugh. That's terrible. Do something about it. Stop being unhappy and just give it a try. Now I'm not making any promises and I won't be posting daily about my completed workouts but I am going to give it a try. 

Right now I'm working through the Blogilates Beginner's Workout Calendar. Last Monday & Tuesday I got days 1 & 2 in, then used the "No time" and "Family Party weekend" excuses to skip out the rest of the week. Last night I went to bed kicking myself for not going with it, I mean really what's 30 minutes? So this morning I got up and did Day 3. It took me longer than it would have, had I done it during nap time but, it's done.

Here's hoping I can keep this motivation. I can realize that doing this gives me my me"time" and can only improve things for myself and its a good example for my girls. How do you find motivation when you've lost it? Have you done any Blogilates workouts?

It's hard sometimes! Luckily I'm in a very motivated time right now :) Good luck keeping that motivation going!

I struggle with motivation as well. Especially when it comes to working out. I have heard of blogilates and want to try it. I think I should now.

I am right there with you! I have been slacking at the gym the past few weeks, but this week I am trying to MOTIVATE! I went today.. so I am off ot a good start! :)

Ugh, I never feel motivated anymore! I had been doing youtube workouts on my smartTV, but then my TV stopped working, and I haven't done a workout since. :( Hope you get your mojo back!
