Two Mustard Chicken
Dijon Mustard
Coarse Ground Mustard
Honey
Chicken Breasts
Preheat oven to 350*.
I like to cut my chicken breasts into chunks, but you can do as you please (i.e. strips, or leaving it whole). I also have used frozen chicken breasts as well.
Anyway, mix the 2 mustards and honey together until you have a taste that you like. I like to add a little extra honey to my mustards. Place chicken into 9*13 pan or small depending on the amount of chicken you are using.
Pour mustard mixture over. Cook for about an hour or until chicken is completely cooked.
I like to serve this chicken with rice!
