{Review & GIVEAWAY} Vita Nut Milk Bag

It was time to make more almond milk and this time I wanted to make more, and experiment with some flavors for the girls, so I pulled out my new Vita Nut Milk Bag and got to work. I followed the same recipes from my Pinterest board and this time just experimented with more honey or more vanilla, and I added chocolate syrup to some as a treat!

I really enjoyed using the Best Nut Milk Bag, it was bigger than the other one I had tried, and loved being able to make a bigger batch faster. I'm not sure what else is left to say other than this was a great product and when I make another larger batch of almond milk I will for sure be using this bag again. Oh, Hey Friday!

With the stomach bug running through our house, our 6 year anniversary and then a cold & teething finding it's way back through the last couple weeks have been crazy! Here's some of the fun things we have been up to!

We went out. Without the girls, first time ever.

My baby got signed up for dance & is officially potty trained!!

We also joined a Joy School in our Neighborhood so she starts preschool on Wednesday! I've been busy getting the music time box together! 

We figured out ANOTHER way to get this girl her iron.

We found a yummy new cookie recipe! Nutella Pudding Cookies! 

Something so simple that my husband even offers to make them!

Barefaced Dead Sea Mud Mask Review.

I've got five words for you. Just five. 

Barefaced Dead Sea Mud Mask.

 It's as amazing as it sounds. Okay well if you're as excited about face masks as I am it sure does!

 So this face mask is packed full of natural minerals, salts & nutrients. All these together have been proven to repair and heal our skin. It helps to tighten, tone and improve the texture of skin. It helps to exfoliate, unplug and purify our pores, helping to get rid of blackheads and other imperfections. It helps to draw out extra oils, moisturizes skin and helps fight wrinkles. 

I loved using this face mask, I had previously tried another Dead Sea Mud Mask and if you recall, it actually felt like it was burning my face when I put it on. Crazy! Well this one, no problem there, though it does smell a bit off. I don't feel like it exfoliated my skin as well as I would have liked it to, but it is still one of my very favorite masks to use when I get a few minutes to myself.

A Little Wish Update!

Back in June I joined in on a link up and posted 20 things I wanted to do by the end of the year. Here is a little update on my list. Things that are bold are completed! Yay!

1. Finish the girls' new room.
2. Complete my Goodreads Challenge of 50 books
3. Get a new family picture to put up, even if it's just of the two girls together.
4. Finish my kitchen table.
5. Pay off my credit card.
6. Have a date night.
7. Go out for our anniversary (doesn't count for #6)
8. Make dresses or shirts for my girls.
9. Help Miss A accomplish potty training.
10. Get new carpet for the upstairs part of our house.
11. Try a new dessert recipe.
12. Cook with a new veggie.
13. Cook a turkey.
14. Finish my burlap wreath.
15. Finish the playroom.
16. Put the laundry back together.
17. Finish bedroom downstairs.
18. Send at least 2 birthday cards out.
19. Plan & execute a great 50th birthday for my mom.
20. Lose 5 more pounds and actually keep it off. 


So I only completed 4 things in the last couple months but to be honest with you, I forgot! Completely forgot, we got sort of busy with lots of things and sick a few times! I'm glad that even 4 of them are done! Now that I remember this list I'm hoping that I can get to work on some of these!

{Review & GIVEAWAY} Beauty By Shea
